Stick Gunman ("the App") is an offline reflex game. This policy explains what information exists when you play and who can see it.

1. Summary

• The App itself has no accounts, no servers and no analytics. Your scores, settings and purchase status live only on your device.
• The name you enter for the leaderboard is typed by you and stored only on your device. It is never sent anywhere and no one else can see it.
• Advertising is delivered by Google AdMob, which processes certain device and usage data. The App does not ask for the App Tracking Transparency permission and does not read your device's advertising identifier (IDFA).
• Payments are handled entirely by Apple. The App never sees your payment details.

2. Information the App stores on your device

The App keeps the following locally on your device only (device storage, not a server):

• Leaderboard entries: the player name you type (up to 6 characters; defaults to "YOU" if left blank), your scores, reaction times and round counts, per game mode and difficulty.
• Settings: language, sound, haptics and similar preferences.
• Purchase status: a flag that you own the full version.

This data never leaves your device. It is deleted when you delete the App, and scores/settings can also be erased at any time from the in-app Settings screen.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App displays banner and optional rewarded video ads through the Google AdMob SDK (Google Mobile Ads SDK), provided by Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC.

When ads are shown, Google may receive and process:

• Device information (device model, operating system version, screen size, language setting);
• Your IP address (from which an approximate location may be derived);
• Information about your interaction with ads shown in the App (e.g. whether an ad was viewed, clicked, or — for rewarded ads — watched to completion);
• Timestamps, error and performance data related to ad delivery.

Google uses this to serve ads, limit how often you see the same ad, detect invalid traffic, and measure ad performance. Google's use of this information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and explained in "How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services" (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).

App Tracking Transparency: The App does not request the iOS "Allow Apps to Request to Track" permission and therefore does not access or use the IDFA advertising identifier. Rewarded video ads are always optional — you choose when to watch one.

4. In-app purchases (Apple)

The full-version unlock is sold as a non-consumable in-app purchase. The entire purchase flow — including your payment method, billing address and receipts — is processed by Apple under Apple's own privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). The App:

• never sees or stores your payment information;
• receives only confirmation that you own the product (a transaction/entitlement record), which is kept on your device; and
• uses Apple's standard restore-purchases mechanism, which is also handled by Apple.

5. Children's privacy

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13 — in fact the App collects no personal information at all (see Sections 2–4).

If you believe a child has entered personal information as a leaderboard name, a parent or guardian can delete all locally stored data at any time by resetting scores in the App's Settings screen or by deleting the App. Because that data never leaves the device, no request to us is required. You may still contact us at godspeed.2nd@gmail.com with any concern, including about advertising shown to a child.

6. Permissions

The App requests no device permissions: it does not access your camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos or notifications, and it does not ask for tracking permission.

7. Data retention and deletion

All App-specific data is stored on your device and retained until you delete it (via Settings → reset, or by uninstalling the App). We have no copy of this data and cannot recover it. For data processed by Google (advertising) and Apple (payments), see their respective privacy policies.

8. Availability

The App is not distributed in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom.

9. Changes to this policy

If the App adds features that change what data is processed (for example online leaderboards or personalized advertising), this policy will be updated and the effective date above revised.

「ステックガンマン」（以下「本アプリ」）は、オフラインで遊ぶ反射神経ゲームです。このポリシーでは、遊ぶ際に扱われる情報と、それを誰が見ることができるかを説明します。

1. 概要

• 本アプリ自体にはアカウントもサーバーも分析ツールもありません。スコア、設定、購入状態はお客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます。
• ランキング用に入力するプレイヤー名はお客様が入力したものであり、お客様のデバイスにのみ保存されます。外部に送信されることはなく、他の人が見ることもできません。
• 広告は Google AdMob が配信します。Google は一定の端末情報・利用情報を処理しますが、本アプリは iOS の「App Tracking Transparency（トラッキングを許可）」を求めず、端末の広告識別子（IDFA）を取得・利用しません。
• 購入はすべて Apple が処理します。本アプリがお客様の決済情報を見ることはありません。

2. 本アプリがデバイス内に保存する情報

以下の情報はお客様のデバイス内にのみ保存されます（サーバーには保存されません）：

• ランキング記録：入力されたプレイヤー名（6 文字まで。未入力の場合は「YOU」）、スコア、反応時間、ラウンド数（ゲームモード・難易度ごと）。
• 設定：言語、効果音、振動などの設定。
• 購入状態：製品版を購入済みであることを示すフラグ。

これらの情報はデバイスの外に出ることはありません。本アプリを削除すると消去され、スコアや設定はアプリ内の設定画面からいつでも消去できます。

3. 広告（Google AdMob）

本アプリは、Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC が提供する Google AdMob SDK を通じて、バナー広告と任意のリワード動画広告を表示します。

広告の表示に際し、Google は以下の情報を受け取り処理する場合があります。

• 端末情報（機種名、OS のバージョン、画面サイズ、言語設定）
• IP アドレス（そこから概算位置が推定される場合があります）
• 本アプリ内で表示された広告への操作に関する情報（広告の表示・クリック、リワード動画の視聴完了など）
• 広告配信に関する時刻情報、エラーやパフォーマンスに関する情報

Google はこれらを、広告の配信、同一広告の表示頻度の制限、不正トラフィックの検知、広告効果の測定に利用します。Google による情報の利用は Google のプライバシーポリシー（https://policies.google.com/privacy）および「当社のサービスを利用するサイトやアプリからの情報の利用方法」（https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites）に従います。

トラッキングについて： 本アプリは iOS のトラッキング許可を求めず、IDFA（広告識別子）を取得・利用しません。リワード動画の視聴は任意であり、視聴するかどうかはお客様が選択できます。

4. アプリ内課金（Apple）

製品版の解放は、非消耗型のアプリ内課金として販売されます。購入フロー全体（決済手段、請求先情報、領収書を含む）は、Apple が独自のプライバシーポリシー（https://www.apple.com/jp/legal/privacy/）に基づいて処理します。本アプリは：

• お客様の決済情報を一切取得・保存しません。
• 商品を所有していることの確認（取引・権利情報）を受け取るだけで、それはお客様のデバイス内に保存されます。
• 「購入の復元」も Apple の標準的な仕組みによって処理されます。

5. 子供のプライバシー

本アプリは一般のユーザーを対象としており、子供向けに設計されたものではありません。13 歳未満の子供を含め、誰からも個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。実際に、本アプリは個人情報を一切収集しません（前述の 2〜4 項を参照）。

お子様がランキング名として個人を特定できる情報を入力してしまった場合、保護者の方は、アプリの設定画面からのリセットまたは本アプリの削除により、デバイス内に保存されたすべてのデータをいつでも消去できます。当該データはデバイスの外に出ないため、当方への削除依頼は不要です。お子様に表示される広告に関するご懸念を含め、ご不明な点は godspeed.2nd@gmail.com までご連絡ください。

6. 権限（パーミッション）

本アプリは端末の権限を一切要求しません。カメラ、マイク、位置情報、連絡先、写真、通知にはアクセスせず、トラッキングの許可も求めません。

7. データの保存期間と消去

本アプリ固有のデータはすべてお客様のデバイス内に保存され、お客様が消去する（設定からのリセット、またはアンインストール）まで保持されます。当方にそのデータのコピーはなく、復元することもできません。Google（広告）および Apple（決済）が処理する情報については、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

8. 提供地域

本アプリは、欧州経済領域（EEA）および英国では配信していません。

9. ポリシーの変更

本アプリにオンラインランキングやパーソナライズド広告など、扱うデータが変わる機能を追加する場合、本ポリシーを更新し、発効日を改定します。
